PRINCIPE ET GENE\u0300SE DE L’OFFRE<\/p>\n

Martin Nielsen, fondateur de Mdundo, quitte la Grande Bretagne pour le Kenya afin de capitaliser sur les opportunite\u0301s entrepreneuriales du continent. Il constate que le continent africain est grand consommateur de musique mais que la majorite\u0301 de cette consommation s\u2019ope\u0300re via des te\u0301le\u0301chargements ille\u0301gaux ou des e\u0301changes de personne a\u0300 personne. Pour y reme\u0301dier il lance avec son associe\u0301 Mdundo, une plateforme de streaming de musiques 100% africaines. Six ans apre\u0300s sa cre\u0301ation, Mdundo comptait un re\u0301pertoire de 50 000 artistes, 10 millions de te\u0301le\u0301chargements mensuels et 3,5 millions d\u2019utilisateurs mensuels re\u0301partis entre le Kenya, la Tanzanie, l\u2019Ouganda et le Nige\u0301ria. Avec l\u2019aide de l\u2019acce\u0301le\u0301rateur 88 mph, Mdundo a leve\u0301 2 millions de dollars et de\u0301veloppe\u0301 un partenariat avec Warner Music pour alimenter son catalogue de titres non- africains.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

PARCOURS CLIENT FONCTIONNEMENT<\/p>\n

Les artistes peuvent s\u2019inscrire gratuitement sur la plateforme et sont paye\u0301s en fonction de leur nombre de streamings. Les auditeurs ont deux offres : freemium et premium. L\u2019offre freemium leur permet de be\u0301ne\u0301ficier des services avec les publicite\u0301s. L\u2019offre premium cou\u0302te 2-3\u20ac par mois et permet de profiter du service sans publicite\u0301. Mdundo proposera dans les prochains mois une offre 3G permettant une e\u0301coute illimite\u0301e pour un certain premium.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
